Total Expense Ratio (TER)

The total cost of managing an investment fund, which includes banking costs such as legal and custody fees for buying and selling shares, as well as fees paid to the fund manager’s auditors, and other costs. TER is often seen as a more accurate view of how much it costs to run an investment fund than the AMC.
