Pension Credit (including Guarantee Credit and Savings Credit)

Pension Credit is a benefit from the Government that is dependent on your income. There are two parts to Pension Credit: Guarantee Credit and Savings Credit. If your weekly income is less than £148.35 (if you’re single) or £226.50 (couples) you will get Guarantee Credit. Savings Credit is on top of this and given to people who saved some money for their retirement.
